Job Title: Project Manager - CRM implementation expert
Reports to: LATAM Vice President
Work Location/Travel: Remote within Colombia or on-site at client locations. Occasional travel (up to 20%) may be required for client engagements.
Job Summary:
We’re looking for motivated and passionate professionals to become part of our expanding team in Colombia. In this role, you’ll collaborate with global talent on high-impact, innovative projects, help deliver customized solutions to clients, and contribute directly to Apex IT’s growing presence across Latin America. This position offers an exciting mix of remote/hybrid flexibility, continuous learning, and the chance to drive innovation in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementations, working closely with consulting teams and global stakeholders. This role requires hands-on experience leading Oracle, Salesforce, or CRM implementations; experience with either platform is essential. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple projects, global teams, and client-facing delivery in a consulting environment
Essential Functions:
- Prepare and manage detailed project plans to ensure successful execution within defined time, cost, and resource constraints.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle CX, Salesforce, and CRM implementation projects, from initial design through production support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and client-facing teams to align on scope, timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
- Manage client relationships by ensuring seamless operations and effective escalation management.
- Work closely with the US team to align operational strategies, manage incidents, and share insights related to client relationships
- Coordinate and support Agile project environments, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and continuous improvement activities.
- Monitor project progress and task dependencies, proactively identifying and resolving risks or delays to maintain momentum.
- Produce and present weekly project status reports to stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Manage internal and external teams responsible for application design, development, testing, and ongoing support of Oracle-related initiatives.
- Ensure systems meet defined business and technical requirements, oversee proper testing protocols, and monitor performance to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Apply structured problem-solving skills and adhere to established project management methodologies and organizational standards.
- Prioritize and allocate resources effectively across multiple concurrent projects, supporting alignment with business priorities.
- Contribute to internal process improvements, documentation, and the development of project templates and best practices.
- Assist leadership and other departments with operational tasks or special initiatives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented approach.
- Engage in continuous learning by exploring new tools, technologies, and business processes to expand knowledge and increase project impact.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Stay ahead of trends through continuous learning and certifications (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle Cloud).
- Work directly with clients to provide strategic insights and solutions tailored to their needs.
- Contribute to internal initiatives and help shape our presence in Colombia.
- Share your expertise with team members and clients, fostering growth and innovation.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
