Job Title: Oracle Fusion Service Solution Architect
Reports to: LATAM Vice President
Work Location/Travel: Remote within Colombia or on-site at client locations. Occasional travel (up to 20%) may be required for client engagements.
Job Summary:
We’re seeking driven and passionate professionals to join our growing team in Colombia. You’ll collaborate with global experts on cutting-edge projects, deliver tailored solutions for clients, and play a key role in establishing Apex IT’s footprint in LatAm. This role offers a unique blend of remote/hybrid work, professional development, and opportunities to innovate.
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Service Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Service applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Service, Customer Experience (CX), and integration with other Oracle Cloud modules. This role requires strong technical and functional knowledge, solution design capabilities, and leadership in guiding development teams and business stakeholders.
Essential Functions:
- Lead the end-to-end architecture of Oracle Fusion Service solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Oversee and guide the configuration, customization, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Service and related CX modules.
- Design and implement integrations between Oracle Fusion Service and other enterprise applications using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware solutions.
- Develop and enhance custom applications using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Redwood UX to improve user experience and functionality.
- Work closely with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Provide guidance to developers, functional consultants, and support teams to ensure scalable and maintainable implementations.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency.
- Ensure solutions adhere to security policies, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
- Develop technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and support teams.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Stay ahead of trends through continuous learning and certifications (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle Cloud).
- Work directly with clients to provide strategic insights and solutions tailored to their needs.
- Contribute to internal initiatives and help shape our presence in Colombia.
- Share your expertise with team members and clients, fostering growth and innovation.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
