Job Title: Oracle Field Service Senior Consultant
Reports to: LATAM Vice President
Work Location/Travel: Remote within Colombia or on-site at client locations. Occasional travel (up to 15%) may be required for client engagements.
Job Summary:
We’re seeking driven and passionate professionals to join our growing team in Colombia. You’ll collaborate with global experts on cutting-edge projects, deliver tailored solutions for clients, and play a key role in establishing Apex IT’s footprint in LatAm. This role offers a unique blend of remote/hybrid work, professional development, and opportunities to innovate.
The Oracle Field Service Cloud Senior Consultant will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end integrations within Oracle Field Service Cloud, utilizing their in-depth knowledge of the plug-in framework and proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership, and tightly integrating Oracle Field Service Cloud with Oracle Service Cloud.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage end-to-end integrations in and out of Oracle Field Service Cloud.
- Develop and customize plug-ins to enhance functionality, including expertise in capturing time and expenses through field service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration needs and design scalable solutions.
- Utilize Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for efficient and reliable integration workflows.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices for Oracle Field Service Cloud integration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and integrate Oracle Field Service Cloud with ERP Cloud and HCM Cloud systems.
