Siamo alla ricerca di un Junior Sales Executive motivato, che supporti la crescita del business Healthcare di InterSystems nella regione del Nord-Est Italia.

Il candidato ideale ha un background nel settore Healthcare IT, un forte interesse per l’Intelligenza Artificiale e la digital health, ed è desideroso di sviluppare una carriera nell’ambito delle vendite di soluzioni software enterprise.


Principali responsabilità

  • Sviluppare e gestire opportunità commerciali presso organizzazioni sanitarie nella regione del Nord-Est Italia.
  • Costruire e mantenere relazioni solide con ospedali, autorità sanitarie regionali, system integrator e partner strategici.
  • Identificare le esigenze dei clienti e proporre le soluzioni Healthcare di InterSystems, incluse piattaforme EMR (Electronic Medical Record), interoperabilità e tecnologie abilitate dall’AI.
  • Supportare la preparazione di proposte commerciali e partecipare ai processi di gara pubblica e procurement.
  • Collaborare a stretto contatto con i team Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, Marketing e Delivery per sviluppare strategie commerciali vincenti.
  • Mantenere aggiornato e accurato il sales pipeline e contribuire al raggiungimento degli obiettivi commerciali regionali.

Requisiti

  • Laurea triennale o magistrale in Informatica, Ingegneria, Informatica Sanitaria, Scienze della Vita o ambiti correlati.
  • 2–5 anni di esperienza nel settore Healthcare IT o nella vendita di software enterprise.
  • Buona conoscenza del mercato sanitario italiano e dell’ecosistema della digital health.
  • Conoscenza dei concetti di Intelligenza Artificiale e delle loro applicazioni nel settore sanitario.
  • Familiarità con le normative italiane relative al procurement pubblico e ai processi di gara.
  • Ottime capacità di comunicazione, presentazione e costruzione di relazioni professionali.
  • Mentalità proattiva, orientata al cliente e al raggiungimento dei risultati.
  • Disponibilità a viaggiare frequentemente nella regione del Nord-Est Italia.

Lingue

  • Italiano fluente.
  • Buona conoscenza dell’inglese scritto e parlato.

InterSystems fornisce una stima in buona fede dell’intervallo di retribuzione base prevista per questa posizione, che può variare in base a diversi fattori, tra cui esperienza, formazione, competenze e performance.

La retribuzione complessiva può includere anche un incentivo variabile annuale discrezionale legato agli obiettivi.

La fascia retributiva base stimata per questo ruolo è:

€50.000 – €60.000 EUR
