  • Investigate, diagnose and resolve software defects identified through customer support, testing, implementation activities or internal quality assurance.
  • Support the investigation and resolution of complex third-line issues relating to Edition functionality.
  • Assess reported issues to determine whether they represent software defects, configuration issues or enhancement opportunities.
  • Validate completed developments prior to release and support post-release issue resolution where required.
  • Identify opportunities to improve product performance, maintainability, usability and technical quality.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Scrum Team, including development practices, tooling, automation and quality processes

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work collaboratively with Product Management, Application Specialists, Support, Implementation and other business teams to ensure the successful delivery of product enhancements.
  • Provide technical input into the assessment of customer requirements and implementation feedback to inform future product development.
  • Liaise with Core Product teams to understand new functionality, technical changes and product direction, assessing impacts on the UKI Edition.
