Description

Glance AI is an AI commerce platform shaping the next wave of e-commerce with inspiration-led shopping, less about searching for what you want and more about discovering who you could be. Operating in 140 countries, Glance AI transforms every screen into a stage for instant, personal, and joyful discovery, where inspiration becomes something you can explore, feel, and shop in the moment.

Its proprietary models, seamlessly integrated with Google’s most advanced AI platforms, Gemini and Imagen on Vertex AI, deliver hyper-realistic, deeply personal shopping experiences across categories such as fashion, beauty, travel, accessories, home décor, pets, and more. Designed to seamlessly integrate into everyday consumer technology, Glance AI reimagines the future of e-commerce with inspiration-led discovery and shopping.

With an open architecture built for effortless adoption across hardware and software ecosystems, Glance AI is creating a platform that can become a staple in everyday consumer technology. It partners with the world’s leading smartphone makers, connected TV manufacturers, telecom providers, and global brands — meeting people where they are: on mobile, smart TVs, and brand websites.

Through Glance AI’s rich first-party data and unparalleled consumer access, it harnesses InMobi’s global scale, insights, and targeting capabilities to create high-impact, performance-driven shopping journeys for brands worldwide. Part of the InMobi Group, a global technology and advertising leader reaching over 2 billion devices and serving more than 30,000 enterprise brands worldwide, Glance AI is backed by Google, Jio Platforms, and Mithril Capital.

Overview of the Role:

Glance is redefining how consumers discover and shop — putting AI-powered, agentic commerce directly on millions of devices across the US through partnerships with the biggest names in mobile: Motorola, Samsung, and Verizon. We're building something that hasn't existed before, and the marketing team at the center of it is moving fast.

This role is the operational engine of our U.S. consumer marketing organization. As the Lead, Marketing Programs & Partnerships, you'll run the programs that transform our carrier and OEM partnerships — and our influencer campaigns — into real, measurable consumer engagement. Your work spans three interconnected lanes: partner co-marketing, influencer and agency programs, and the operational infrastructure that keeps the entire marketing machine on track and on schedule.

At its core, this is a relationship and execution role. You're the person who picks up the phone, keeps everyone aligned on shared goals, and ensures that partners, agencies, and internal teams consistently hit their marks. It's a high-ownership position with broad surface area, ideal for a sharp, execution-oriented individual contributor who is ready to operate well above their title and grow inside a category-defining company.

This role is based in our New York City office and includes regular travel for partner meetings, campaign activations, and events.

The Impact You'll Make:

Partner Co-Marketing

  • Own and cultivate day-to-day relationships with marketing counterparts at our OEM and carrier partners, serving as the primary point of contact and a trusted extension of their teams
  • Build and maintain joint marketing calendars tied to device launch schedules and activation targets, ensuring both sides are aligned and moving in the same direction
  • Lead partner meetings, QBRs, and campaign reviews end-to-end: owning agendas, driving discussions, and delivering crisp recaps and follow-ups that keep momentum going
  • Support the deployment of partner marketing funds and maintain rigorous tracking of spend against plan

Influencer & Agency Programs

  • Manage day-to-day agency relationships across our influencer campaigns, owning briefs, timelines, deliverable tracking, and escalations with clarity and precision
  • Keep creator briefs sharp and on-message, identifying drift early and course-correcting before it becomes rework
  • Bring genuine creator and trend fluency into brief development, contributing meaningfully to the creative direction of influencer campaigns
  • Consolidate performance reporting across agency partners and lead regular campaign reviews that drive actionable insights

Marketing Operations

  • Run the operational backbone of the marketing team — spanning swag programs, event logistics, team and partner dinners, and complex scheduling across a wide range of stakeholders
  • Own deadline tracking across all active workstreams; you are the person who always knows the status of everything and proactively surfaces risks before they become problems
  • Drive internal alignment across product, creative, sales, and legal whenever campaigns require cross-functional coordination

The Experience We Need:

  • 2–5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, partnerships, agency management, or program management roles
  • A natural relationship builder who earns trust quickly and keeps people accountable: you're comfortable picking up the phone and driving things forward across multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • A strong bias for action and the judgment to operate with confidence in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with limited process around you
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills: you can run a high-stakes partner meeting in the morning and have the recap in everyone's inbox by lunch
  • Organizational precision that others rely on; you keep calendars, briefs, and budgets straight without being chased, and the people around you know it
  • Genuine curiosity about AI, mobile technology, and the future of commerce
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the New York area; this is an in-office role with a regular presence at our NYC headquarters

Nice to Have:

  • Background in media planning, media partnerships, or brand-to-brand co-marketing
  • Experience working directly with influencer or creative agencies
  • Familiarity with co-op or partner marketing funds and joint business planning processes
  • Experience at a fast-growing startup or in an environment that demanded speed, scrappiness, and adaptability
