A Hybrid working model

Role Overview
The Designer will support the creative team in executing visually compelling assets for Club 21 across digital, social, and retail platforms. This role requires a passion for fashion, strong design fundamentals, and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Execute design work across social media, digital, retail, and campaign materials
Support fast turnaround of day-to-day creative assets
Assist in motion graphics and simple video edits using After Effects
Apply AI tools to support design production and ideation
Adapt and resize artwork across formats while maintaining quality
Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and campaign direction

Requirements

Strong interest in fashion and awareness of current trends
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop)
Basic to intermediate knowledge of After Effects is preferred
Familiarity with AI tools for design and content generation is an advantage
Able to work quickly and efficiently under tight timelines
Detail-oriented with a strong eye for layout and typography
Good team player with a willingness to learn and grow
