Role Summary:
This is a client onsite role based at our telco client, offered on a 1-year contract basis. We're looking for a hands-on Designer to join a small, fast-moving creative team, taking briefs from the Art Lead/Creative Director to execute static and motion assets across the full production pipeline — including short-form copywriting and applying AI tools to speed up and enhance day-to-day production.

Key Responsibilities:

Execution & Delivery: Take briefs from the Art Lead/Creative Director and execute static and motion assets on time and to brand standard.
Content Production: Work across the full production pipeline — concepting support, drafting, revisions and finishing — for final delivery.
Copywriting: Draft and refine short-form copy that complements visual work, in brand's tone (Clear, Uplifting, Open).
AI-Assisted Workflow: Apply AI tools in day-to-day production to explore options faster and support the Art Lead's broader AI integration efforts.
Feedback Loop: Present work-in-progress to the Art Lead/Creative Director and stakeholders when required; incorporate feedback constructively.
Peer Collaboration: Work well within a small team, jumping in to support teammates during crunch periods.

Content Quality: Consistent, brand-aligned output across formats.
Turnaround & Reliability: Meets timelines with minimal rework needed.
Craft Growth: Visible improvement in execution speed/quality and AI-tool fluency over time.

Qualifications & Experience

Qualifications Degree or diploma holder in Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
1 year of experience in a design role, in-house or at an advertising agency. Exposure to AI-driven design processes is a plus.
Technical / Professional Skills Proficient in modern design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma). Comfortable moving between static and motion execution. Detail-oriented without losing sight of the brief's intent.
Curious and creatively minded. Takes and gives feedback well without taking it personally. Collaborative team player, able to work independently under pressure.
Able to work irregular hours, including weekends & public holidays if required.
