This position reports to the Head of Marketing : TFS
Purpose of the role: As the Marketing Manager for our TFS Division, you will lead the development, implementation, and management of marketing strategies aimed at promoting our services, strengthening brand presence, and driving lead generation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations to ensure the division & marketing efforts align with business objectives and foster growth. This is an exciting and dynamic role where you will have the opportunity to shape and execute marketing initiatives that directly contribute to the success of our end to end logistics and fulfilment services.
Your responsibilities can include:
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for the division.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals and overall growth objectives.
- Identify market trends, customer pain points, and key opportunities to position the company as a leader in logistics and fulfilment services.
Brand Management & Promotion:
- Lead brand-building efforts to enhance the visibility and reputation of TFS
- Oversee the creation of key messaging, promotional materials, and campaigns that communicate the division’s value propositions effectively.
- Manage public relations efforts, including media outreach and communication strategies that elevate brand awareness.
Content Strategy & Creation:
- Develop and oversee the content strategy for multiple marketing channels, including the website, blog, email campaigns, digital media, and other online platforms.
- Lead the creation of compelling content that resonates with target audiences, including case studies, success stories etc
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with company values, key offerings, and marketing objectives.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation (in collaboration with the Digital Manager):
- Drive lead generation initiatives through digital channels such as paid search, social media advertising, and email marketing.
- Develop and manage the company’s social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram to increase engagement with potential clients.
- Understanding of SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility, working closely with the digital marketing team to optimize content for search engines.
Sales & Marketing Alignment:
- Work in close partnership with the sales and operational teams to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives, ensuring lead generation efforts translate into qualified opportunities.
- Develop tools and materials that support the sales team’s efforts, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
- Monitor and optimize the conversion process, ensuring smooth handoffs between marketing and sales teams.
Market Research & Data Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
- Analyse campaign performance and lead generation efforts using tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and other data sources.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to refine and enhance marketing strategies.
Event Management & Partnerships:
- Plan and execute industry-related events, webinars, and conferences to promote the division and engage with prospective clients.
- Identify and build relationships with key partners, influencers, and vendors that can support marketing initiatives.
Budget & Resource Management:
- Manage the marketing budget for the division, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI on campaigns.
- Track spending, analyse results, and make data-driven decisions to adjust strategies and improve outcomes.
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years focused on B2B services, ideally within logistics, fulfilment, or a related industry.
- 2 years management experience.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies that generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.

- Understanding in using marketing automation tools, content management systems (CMS), and social media management platforms.

- Creative and innovative thinker, with a passion for developing unique marketing solutions.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
