Stiamo cercando un/una Tecnico/a di Manutenzione esperto/a da inserire nel nostro team al Soho House Roma.
Cerchiamo una persona che lavori nel nostro team di manutenzione per garantire che in tutta la struttura vengano mantenuti sempre standard elevati (l'edificio è composto da 10 piani, che comprende camere d’hotel di alto livello, ristoranti, bar, cinema, palestra/centro benessere, uffici, alloggi per lo staff, magazzini, ecc.).
Il/la candidato/a ideale ha maturato esperienza diretta nella manutenzione in un contesto alberghiero o in una struttura con più unità abitative. Conoscenze di impianti idraulici, elettrici o di riscaldamento/condizionamento sono considerate un plus, ma tutte le candidature saranno prese in considerazione, poiché l’esperienza dimostrabile è preferita rispetto alle qualifiche formali.
Principali responsabilità:
- Mantenere tutte le attrezzature in buono stato di funzionamento
- Completare gli interventi di manutenzione in tutti i reparti
- Gestire un carico di lavoro vario, che può spaziare da una perdita d’acqua in una camera alla sostituzione di punti luce fino alla posa di piastrelle, ecc.
- Lavorare su turni, compresi mattina presto, sera e notte, distribuiti equamente nel team. 5 turni (flessibili su 7 giorni).
Requisiti:
- Conoscenza base della lingua inglese
- Esperienza pregressa in manutenzione (obbligatoria) possibilmente in ambito alberghiero
- Spirito di squadra e buone capacità comunicative con tutti i colleghi
- Puntuale, affidabile e di fiducia
- Senso di urgenza
- Mentalità positiva e proattiva (“Yes, yes, yes”)
- Capacità di gestire più attività contemporaneamente e lavorare in un ambiente dinamico
- Eventuale background nel settore edilizio/costruzioni
