Il Ruolo…
Siamo alla ricerca di un Kitchen Porter Night Supervisor per sovrintendere alla pulizia e agli standard igienico-sanitari della cucina e delle aree circostanti del locale, con le seguenti responsabilità:
- Pulizia generale di tutte le aree comuni della cucina, spazzare e lavare i pavimenti;
- Assicurarsi che le superfici di lavoro, le lavastoviglie, i pavimenti e la mensa del personale siano sempre puliti e igienizzati;
- Supervisionare e coordinare il team di addetti alla pulizia per garantire che le attività vengano svolte in modo efficiente;
- Assicurarsi che le aree di preparazione degli alimenti siano pulite e pronte con le attrezzature necessarie;
- Fornire guida e assistenza ai membri del team secondo necessità;
- Assicurarsi che il magazzino delle stoviglie rimanga organizzato;
- Controllare e mantenere la documentazione necessaria relativa alle operazioni di cucina;
- Preparare il passaggio di consegne e gli aggiornamenti per il responsabile diretto su base giornaliera;
- Sostituire il personale in caso di malattia, se necessario;
- Assicurarsi che le procedure di salute e sicurezza e le normative HACCP siano rispettate dal team in ogni aspetto dell'attività;
- Formare i membri del team quando necessario;
- Eseguire qualsiasi richiesta ragionevole da parte di un membro del team di gestione;
- Collaborare con il responsabile della cucina per l'inventario mensile delle attrezzature/rapporto sui guasti;
- Monitorare i livelli di scorte nel magazzino dei prodotti chimici;
- Monitorare l'utilizzo di prodotti chimici e attrezzature nei diversi reparti.
