Senior Designer
Attention, passionate digital designers! Are you a creative genius skilled in both digital and print design? We're on the hunt for a dynamic, detail-oriented leader to join our team.
As a super-talented Digital / AI designer, your unique style will shine, creating exceptional solutions for various brands. No more just following a brief; let's collaborate, generate exciting ideas, and craft beautiful campaigns together!
Time management is key, as you’ll be handling multiple accounts with finesse. Own your workload, meet deadlines, and keep the team in sync.
Got 5+ years of diverse client experience? Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite? Perfect! Extra points for After Effects know-how, adding motion magic to your designs.
As a senior designer, mentor juniors, provide stellar feedback, and lead cross-functional teams. Let's make an impactful creative direction together!
About you
You're the life of the design party, making friends with pixels and people alike! Your thought ducks in a row, and your action game is top-notch! You can wrangle tasks like a pro, juggling them with style and pizzazz and don't just handle big projects, you conquer them with multiple priorities like a design superhero!

Responsibilities
- Show your digital and AI design skills with a portfolio that highlights your creativity.
- Lead and inspire a design team, providing guidance.
- Pay attention to detail for accurate and quality design work.
- Collaborate effectively in a diverse team, contributing innovative ideas.
- Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards.
- Organize, meet deadlines, and communicate well with clients.
- Understand digital design principles and user interface.
- Stay updated on design trends and emerging tech, incorporating as needed.
- Bonus: Experience with After Effects for added visual impact.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 5 years of diverse design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Portfolio showcasing creative solutions in both digital and print design.
- Experience leading, mentoring, and collaborating with a design team.
- Worked on projects that highlight a strong attention to detail producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Effective collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Have a proven understanding of digital design principles and UI.
- Experience with art direction, including collaboration with photographers and illustrators.
