Wir suchen eine proaktive und organisierte Team-Assistenz (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung unseres Teams in Lichtenau. Du spielst eine zentrale Rolle bei der Koordination von Büroabläufen, der Abstimmung mit Kollegen aus Büro, Lager und Baustellen sowie der Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Kommunikation mit Lieferanten und Dienstleistern.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du erstellst und verwaltest Bestellungen im System und hältst den Kontakt zu Lieferanten
- Du stimmst dich mit Kollegen aus Büro, Lager und Baustellen zu Aufgaben und Terminen ab – auf Deutsch und Englisch
- Du organisierst Termine mit Dienstleistern und Auftragnehmern
- Du unterstützt bei der Bedarfsplanung, indem du Systemdaten aufbereitest und analysierst
- Du pflegst und aktualisierst Stammdaten sorgfältig
- Du erfasst abgeschlossene Maschinenarbeiten im System
Dein Profil:
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder wirtschaftsbezogene Ausbildung
- Du bringst idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in einem kaufmännischen oder administrativen Umfeld mit
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und detailorientiert
- Du bist ein Teamplayer mit einer hands-on und proaktiven Arbeitsweise

Du arbeitest in einem eingespielten Yard- und Equipment-Team, in dem Organisation, Technik und Zusammenarbeit Hand in Hand gehen. Vor Ort stehen Dir erfahrene Ansprechpartner aus dem Equipment-, Yard- und Werkstattbereich zur Seite.
