Projektingenieur /Jungbauleiter (m/w/d)

Aufgaben
- Koordination und Dokumentation der Projektaktivitäten
- Zuarbeit und Unterstützung eines erfahrenen Projektmanagers
- Überprüfen und Analysieren von Projektspezifikationen und -zeichnungen
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Baustellenlayouts und Arbeitsplänen (manuell oder computergestützt) gemäß Unternehmensstandards
- Ermittlung von Zeit- und Kosteneinsparungspotential
- Überprüfung von Kostenvoranschlägen und Rechnungen
- Mitwirkung beim Vertragsmanagement
- Koordinieren von Lieferungen, Materialien, Ausrüstung etc. an Baustellen und Lager
- Teilnahme an baubezogenen Besprechungen mit Auftraggeber, Nachunternehmern und Behörden
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Geotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von Bauprojekten (Marine- /Offshore-Projekte wünschenswert)
- Gutes Vertragsverständnis (EPC) sowie Kenntnisse der einschlägigen technischen Normen und Vorschriften auch bzgl. Kalkulation, Ausschreibung und Vergabe
- Sicherer Umgang mit der Microsoft Office Suite und notwendigen Software-Werkzeugen
- Hohe Kommunikationskompetenz
- Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B und Reisebereitschaft zu unseren europäischen Baustellen
- Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau zur Unterstützung der englischsprachigen Projektleiter
