Kalkulator /Estimator (m/w/d)
Die Michels Trenchless GmbH in Wiesbaden ist Teil der familiengeführten Michels-Unternehmensgruppe aus Brownsville, Wisconsin mit 8.000 Mitarbeitenden und ca. 4 Mrd. USD Umsatz im Jahr. Wir suchen einen detailorientierten und eigenständig arbeitenden Kalkulator (m/w/d), der die Bewertung von Ausschreibungen sowie die Erstellung präziser Projektkalkulationen unterstützt. In dieser Rolle leisten Sie einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur erfolgreichen Vergabe von Projekten und zu einem reibungslosen Übergang in die Ausführungsphase.
Aufgaben
- Erstellung von Kostenkalkulationen, Terminplänen und Prognosen einschließlich technischer Klärungen
- Prüfung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen, Zeichnungen und Spezifikationen zur Definition des Projektumfangs
- Einholung und Bewertung von Angeboten von Nachunternehmern und Lieferanten
- Erstellung und Bewertung von Nachträgen inklusive Kostenanalyse und Dokumentation
- Durchführung von Massenermittlungen sowie Baustellenbesuchen innerhalb Deutschlands (ca. zwei Tage pro Woche)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Operations, Engineering und Baustellenteams
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
- 5–10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Kalkulation im Bauwesen
- Erfahrung in internationalen Projekten oder großen Infrastrukturprojekten
- Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung im grabenlosen Leitungsbau von Vorteil (z. B. HDD, Microtunneling, Pipe Jacking)
- Erfahrung mit Kalkulationssoftware (z. B. iTWO, HeavyBid HCSS, Candy oder vergleichbar) sowie Microsoft Excel
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Gültiger Führerschein

Arbeitsbedingungen
- Tätigkeit im Büro sowie auf Baustellen
- Reisetätigkeit zu Projektstandorten und Teilnahme an Bietergesprächen
- Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams aus den Bereichen Engineering, Finanzen, Rechnungswesen, Vertragswesen, Einkauf, Equipment und Operations
