Wir suchen einen Finanzmanager, der die Verantwortung für unserer operatives Finanzmanagement in der DACH-Region übernimmt. In dieser Rolle sind Sie eine zentrale Ansprechperson für unser Führungsteam und stellen sicher, dass alle finanzbezogenen Abläufe von der Finanzberichterstattung bis zur Vorbereitung der Gehaltsabrechnung reibungslos, präzise und zuverlässig funktionieren. Verantwortlichkeiten
- Führen der Buchhaltung für die deutsche und schweizerische Niederlassung in Übereinstimmung mit dem Code of Practice des Unternehmens
- Implementierung und Aufrechterhaltung interner Kontrollverfahren in Bezug auf alle finanzbezogenen Angelegenheiten innerhalb der deutschen und schweizerischen Niederlassung
- Nachverfolgung der monatlichen Ergebnisse mit den jeweiligen Abteilungsleitern
- Bereitstellung von Informationen für die Steuerberater, damit alle Fragen zur Einhaltung der Vorschriften rechtzeitig geklärt werden können
- Minimierung von Doppelarbeit und Erzielung von Einsparungen, ohne die Aussagekraft der erstellten Informationen zu beeinträchtigen
Aufgaben
Die folgende Aufgabenliste dient als allgemeine Orientierung für diese Position. Die konkreten Prioritäten, Zeitpläne und Qualitätsstandards werden in Abstimmung mit dem Head of Finance festgelegt und richten sich nach der beruflichen Qualifikation und Erfahrung der Stelleninhaberin bzw. des Stelleninhabers.
- Erstellung der monatlichen Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und der Bilanz
- Unterstützung des Managements bei der Überprüfung der Ergebnisse, Beantwortung von Fragen und Bereitstellung weiterer Analysen, falls erforderlich
- Festlegen und überwachen des Cashflows, einschließlich des Abgleichs der Bewegungen auf den Bankkonten und Sicherstellung, dass Überschüsse in Übereinstimmung mit den Richtlinien und Verfahren von InterSystems behandelt werden
- Kontrolle aller lokalen Einkaufs- und Nominalbücher, des Lohnjournals und der Bankabstimmungen
- Sicherstellung der korrekten und rechtzeitigen Bearbeitung der monatlichen Gehaltsabrechnung für die Mitarbeiter in Deutschland und der Schweiz
- Überprüfung aller Spesenabrechnungen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Richtlinien eingehalten und korrekte Belege vorgelegt werden, sowie die korrekte Mehrwertsteuer und andere steuerliche Bedingungen erfüllt sind
- Führen von monatlichen Einnahmen- und Ausgabenprognosen und Jahresbudgets
- Vorbereitung der von den Steuerberatern angeforderten Informationen
- Berechnen und Vorbereiten von Provisionsabrechnungen für das Verkaufspersonal
- Überwachen der Debitorenbuchhaltung sowie aktives Nachfassen bei Kunden mit überfälligen Forderungen
- Gegebenenfalls Überprüfung von Systemen und Verfahren und Unterbreitung von Verbesserungsvorschlägen an den Head of Finance
- Erstellung von Tabellenkalkulationen und Berichten sowie Übernahme von Ad-hoc-Aufgaben, die vom europäischen Head of Finance angefordert werden können
Qualifikationen
- Sichere mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch ist Voraussetzung
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Mehrwährungssystemen ist von Vorteil
- Eine Qualifikation als Bilanzbuchhalter/in oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation ist wünschenswert
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit KI-gestützten Funktionen in ERP- oder Finanzplattformen wie Workday, Microsoft Copilot oder ähnlichen Automatisierungstools von Vorteil
- Interesse daran, KI und Automatisierung zu nutzen, um die Effizienz zu steigern, manuelle Arbeitsschritte zu reduzieren und die Genauigkeit der Berichterstattung zu verbessern
- Verständnis für Aspekte des Datenschutzes, der Vertraulichkeit und der Governance bei der Nutzung KI-gestützter Finanztools
