Senior Content Executive - Social & Outreach, Creative

We are looking for a Senior UGC Content Executive, you will act as the senior QC point of contact for assigned UGC/KOL content batches and support consistent application of quality standards.
Beyond day-to-day QC, this role will be responsible for handling complex content issues, improving QC workflows, supporting calibration and coaching junior team members, and partnering closely with execution and business teams to continuously improve content quality.
What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Social & UGC Quality Ownership: Lead end-to-end quality control and strategic alignment for assigned UGC, creator, and KOL campaigns, primarily across TikTok and short-form video platforms. Review video assets for hooks, visual narrative, trend relevance, and brand integration, ensuring content consistently sparks high user engagement, platform participation, and brand safety.
- Trend Lever & Content Strategy: Translate real-time social trends, platform shifts, and viral formats into actionable brand perspectives. Provide speed-driven recommendations during script adaptation, advising on high-converting hooks and narrative structures that adapt current platform energy to meet specific campaign objectives.
- Feedback, Revisions & Workflow Optimization: Consolidate multi-stakeholder feedback into clear, commercially sharp revision briefs for creators and execution teams. Diagnose root causes of repeat re-QC cases, refine internal guidelines, and streamline production workflows to reduce unnecessary rework and accelerate content turnaround time.
- Team Calibration & Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the senior quality benchmark, facilitating calibration sessions to standardize content evaluation across the team. Act as a speed-thinker who comfortably juggles peak-campaign workloads, prioritizing tasks and coaching junior members on social platform nuance, creative judgment, and project ownership.
Core Experience Expectations
- Social Platform Native: Deep, hands-on experience with short-form video ecosystems (especially TikTok), with a proven understanding of algorithmic triggers, audience retention tactics, and content formats that drive active user participation.
- Trend Agility & Brand Vision: Demonstrated ability to spot emerging social trends early, paired with a sharp POV on how to naturally adapt those viral formats to suit diverse brand identities without sounding forced.
- High-Speed Execution & Ownership: Proven track record of operating as a proactive project owner who can rapidly pivot, make fast content judgments under pressure, and manage high-volume campaign deliverables simultaneously.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
- Having at least 3 years of experience in Content, Social Media,WOM, UGC, KOL/Influencer Marketing, Content Operations or related fields.
- Having experience in Advertising agency, familiar in working with KOL/Creators
- Strong content judgment, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Able to handle high-volume content and multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with QC processes, content guidelines or coaching junior team members is a plus.
- Basic/intermediate video editing skills are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English
