你將成為我們在台灣辦公室的重要夥伴，第一線參與來自日本或跨國企業的行銷專案，在真實市場中學習並實踐品牌溝通與專案管理的能力。

What You Will Do
- 客戶關係維繫與深化： 順利接手業務團隊開發的客戶，用心經營既有客戶，建立長期的良好互動與信任關係。
- 探索需求與客製提案： 深入了解客戶的品牌目標與痛點，結合最新的「數位廣告」與「網紅行銷」趨勢，量身打造精準且令人印象深刻的行銷企劃提案。
- 專案管理與執行結案： 擔任客戶與內部團隊間的溝通橋樑，精準掌控專案進度與品質；並於專案完成後，提供專業條理清晰的成效分析與結案報告。
- 創造客戶最大價值： 透過優質的專案服務提升客戶滿意度與續約率，並具備高度商業敏銳度，在維繫過程中發掘新的合作機會（Up-sell / Cross-sell），與客戶共同成長。
- 跨國溝通與協作： 積極參與專案會議與內部討論，協助即時語言翻譯與會議紀錄，在團隊中貢獻你的觀察力與細膩度。
Who You Are
- 語言能力（擇一精通即可）： 日文能力達 JLPT N1，或 英文能力達 TOEIC 800 分以上。能夠順暢進行跨國簡報、提案內容整理與內外部溝通。
- 產業經驗（加分條件）： 具備「電商營運（E-commerce）」或「行銷（Marketing）」相關背景者將優先考慮。
- 特質潛力： 如果你過去沒有相關背景，但自認學習能力強、邏輯清晰且對數位行銷充滿熱忱，我們也非常歡迎你來聊聊！
