The Role

We are looking for a Senior Account Director with a strong strategic, commercial, and operational background to lead and scale multi-market client relationships across the region.

The Senior Account Director will be responsible for the setup, discovery, and end-to-end follow-up of regional accounts and will manage high-level relationships with regional and global stakeholders (both internal and external), drive organic growth, lead pitch initiatives, and ensure operational excellence across digital, social media, and print channels.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the discovery, onboarding, setup, and ongoing operational coordination for multi-market accounts.
Serve as the primary strategic contact for regional and global roles, managing relationships within and outside the agency, including insourcing models and partner agencies.
Analyze and monitor agreed-upon scopes of work, ensuring deliverable accuracy and aligning cross-functional agency teams to meet client business goals.
Design, build, and present multi-market commercial proposals for key regional accounts.
Lead regional pitch presentations, RFP responses, and custom quotes to secure new business and defend current accounts.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in a similar role (Account Director / Regional Lead) within integrated, 360°, or creative agencies, with strong knowledge of production processes.
Proven track record in managing multi-market accounts, covering digital, social media, and print ecosystems.
Advanced / Fluent English level (mandatory) for senior-level global stakeholder communication.
Demonstrated experience leading pitch processes, developing commercial proposals, and managing accounts under insourcing or agency-hub models.
Strong people management skills, proactive mindset, high adaptability, and the ability to multitask in complex environments.
