What Does DCO Project Manager do at WPP Production?
We are seeking an experienced DCO (Dynamic Creative Optimisation) Project Manager to lead the planning, delivery, and optimisation of dynamic digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google Display & Video 360 (DV360), a strong understanding of digital advertising technologies, and a background in software development or technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of DCO campaigns across multiple clients and platforms.
- Collaborate with creative, development, media, and analytics teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into project plans.
- Coordinate development, testing, QA, and deployment of dynamic creatives.
- Work with DV360, ad servers, APIs, and data feeds to support campaign delivery.
- Monitor project timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure campaigns meet quality, performance, and compliance standards.
Requirements
Essential Skills
- Proven experience managing DCO or digital advertising projects.
- Hands-on experience with Google Display & Video 360 (DV360).
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, dynamic creatives, and campaign workflows.
- Previous software development or technical implementation experience (HTML5, JavaScript, APIs, or related technologies).
- Experience with Agile project management and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Google Marketing Platform, Campaign Manager 360, Studio/Creative technologies, or other ad tech platforms.
- Knowledge of ad serving, tracking, and analytics.
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is desirable.
