At Wieden+Kennedy, we recognize the power of a story. Whether ideas are shared through a theatrical performance, film, or television show, we are committed to bringing them to life. We are looking to hire an executive producer who can bring creativity, vision, and ambition to our organization. The ideal candidate will be able to oversee all aspects of production, from start to finish, always keeping brand image in mind. They must also be able to supervise other crew members, oversee cast hiring decisions, and distribute available resources and budget.
Main responsibilities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop impactful production techniques
- Create a timeline of action items, deliverables, and deadlines
- Manage existing crew members and improve productivity
- Review and approve hiring decisions, employee schedules, and project budgets
- Adhere to all necessary industry regulations
- Ensure that projects are aligned with brand image
- Distribute filming tasks to crew members and actors
- Edit scripts to properly meet the project’s vision
- Partner with set designers to secure filming locations
- Resolve any scheduling or logistical conflicts that delay filming
- Oversee the production progress to meet appropriate deadlines
