Are you the kind of leader who sees opportunity where others see challenges? Do you thrive on building engaged teams, creating accountability, and transforming hospital culture while improving business performance?

Country View Veterinary Clinic and Beaumont Animal Clinic operate as one collaborative veterinary practice within two locations, serving the Champaign/Urbana community. Together, our 6-doctor team and shared support staff work seamlessly across both hospitals to provide exceptional patient care while fostering a culture of teamwork, flexibility, and continuous growth.

If you enjoy rolling up your sleeves, building trust with teams, coaching leaders through change, and implementing systems that drive sustainable success, we'd love to meet you.

  • Project & Facility Management: Lead day-to-day operations, scheduling, and maintenance while aligning administrative functions with overall hospital objectives.
  • Client & Community Engagement: Oversee marketing strategies, resolve client concerns, enhance client experience, and foster retention and growth.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and support department leads, oversee hiring and development, maintain staffing levels, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

  • Proficiency in budget management.
  • Experience with team training and supervision.
  • Strong computer literacy and adaptability to new systems.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Capacity to work autonomously with minimal direct supervision.

Why Work With Us:

Our practice combines the strengths of two well-established locations operating as one collaborative team. With 6 veterinarians and a talented shared support staff, we work together to provide exceptional care while supporting one another's success. Our collaborative model creates opportunities for professional growth, cross-training, and teamwork that benefit both our employees and our clients.

We're looking for a leader who is excited by the opportunity to build on an already strong foundation—someone who can inspire teams, strengthen culture, and help guide our practice through its next chapter of growth. You'll partner with engaged medical leaders who value collaboration and empower their teams, and your leadership will have a direct impact on employee engagement, client satisfaction, operational excellence, and long-term success.
