Takealot Fulfilment Solutions (TFS), a division of Takealot Online (RF) (Pty) Ltd, South Africa's leading online retailer, is looking for a highly talented Hub Manager to join our team in Limpopo.

This position reports to the Primary Logistics: General Manager
Purpose of the role: Responsible for the dispatch, receipt and management of parcels within Takealot. Its primary objectives therefore center on timeliness, efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identified, distributed or delivered, and properly stored in designated locations.
- Ensures efficient warehousing with timely movement of product.
- Extracts data and generates reports that assist in performance tracking and decision making.
- Oversee proper execution and accurate documentation of order filling, transporting and
- delivery/receiving.
- Trains and supervises employees to carry out the functions under their control.
- Implement health and safety standards.
- Must continually work to promote the orderliness and cleanliness of their work area and other
- company standards
- Identifies value-creation opportunities for the company in the movement and distribution of
- the product.
- Works closely with senior management and Human Resources to resolve issues and ensure
- quality service to our customers.
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, or replacements for machine
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualification & Experience
- Degree or Diploma in logistics Management
- Matric and 8 - 10 Years of related work and knowledge

- Possess excellent personal organization and business administration skills in accordance
- with modern best practice methods
- Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively with initiative and drive
- under tight timescales and pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality
- Possess the willingness to learn, improve and adapt
- Good team player, hard worker, willing to be flexible with a positive attitude
- Must be able to work as part of a multicultural team
- Good written and oral communication skills.
