About the role

We are looking for an Aftersales Operations Specialist to join our rapidly growing team. This role is a critical part of supporting SharkNinja’s refurbishment and repair operations across Europe, helping to drive efficient, scalable, and sustainable after-sales solutions for our retail partners and customers.

  • Run reports and extract data from internal systems to identify open requirements, track activity, and prioritize workload accordingly.
  • Support the end-to-end coordination of refurbishment and repair operations across Europe.
  • Coordinate product collections, deliveries, and operational flows with retailers, carriers, repair centers, and refurbishment partners.
  • Ensure returned goods, repair orders, and related assets are processed efficiently and in line with company expectations.
  • Update internal systems, trackers, and reporting accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor operational performance and proactively follow up on open issues, delays, exceptions, or non-standard outcomes.
  • Communicate regularly with retailers and internal stakeholders regarding pick-ups, lead times, repairs, returns, and process updates.
  • Raise purchase orders and support tracking through to completion where required.
  • Support the management of financial flows linked to refurbishment and repair activities, including credit notes and invoice-related queries.
  • Liaise with external partners (3PLs, carriers, repair and repair centers) and internal departments to ensure smooth operational execution.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with retailers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Help deploy new refurbishment and repair processes, tools, and ways of working across the region.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the continuous enhancement of operational efficiency, service level, and customer experience.
  • Support internal reverse logistics, refurbishment, and repair projects as required.

Some of the skills and experience you’ll bring

  • Drive, ambition, and enthusiasm to deliver results and grow within the organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
