Scopely is looking for a Senior Marquee Talent Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis.

As a Marquee Talent Partner, you will lead hiring for Scopely's most strategic, business-critical, and hard-to-fill roles. From executive leaders to highly specialized talent, you'll partner closely with senior leaders and executive stakeholders to attract, assess, and secure exceptional candidates while shaping hiring strategies that support long-term business growth. Through market expertise, talent intelligence, and consultative partnership, you will elevate hiring quality, improve decision-making, and strengthen Scopely's ability to build world-class teams.

What You Will Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for complex, business-critical, and hard-to-fill roles across multiple functions, studios, and game teams.
  • Partner with senior leaders and executive stakeholders to define hiring strategies, align on talent needs, and drive hiring decisions for Scopely's highest-impact roles.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, market mapping, and community engagement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by providing talent intelligence, labor market insights, and competitive hiring trends to inform recruiting strategy.
  • Guide stakeholders through structured candidate assessment, selection, and offer processes while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Anticipate hiring risks, solve recruiting challenges, and develop creative strategies to secure top talent in competitive markets.
  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives that improve recruiting processes, employer brand, and operational excellence.
  • Mentor recruiters and recruiting coordinators by sharing recruiting best practices, sourcing expertise, and market insights.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment for executive, highly specialized, and other business-critical roles.
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions and advise senior leaders.
  • Excellent judgment in assessing talent, calibrating hiring decisions, and navigating complex offer negotiations to secure top candidates.
  • Expertise in developing sourcing strategies and building high-quality passive talent pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of talent markets, competitive recruiting trends, and candidate behavior.
  • Experience using recruiting metrics, pipeline analytics, and market insights to inform hiring strategies.
  • Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Passion for building inclusive teams and delivering an exceptional hiring experience.

Bonus Points

  • Experience recruiting within gaming, entertainment, technology, consumer products, or other high-growth digital businesses.
  • Experience hiring across multiple international regions and labor markets.
  • Knowledge of talent intelligence platforms, workforce planning, and talent mapping methodologies.
  • Experience leading recruiting projects, process optimization initiatives, or employer branding programs.
  • Familiarity with compensation benchmarking and hiring market analysis.
  • Existing network within gaming, technology, product, engineering, or creative talent communities.
