What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in recruiting coordination, executive support, or other high-touch coordination roles; executive-level scheduling experience is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through, with a commitment to delivering a world-class candidate experience.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders, Executive Assistants, and cross-functional stakeholders, while handling highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, and Sheets.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
  • A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with a natural curiosity for new tools, technologies, and more efficient ways of working.
