Position Summary

We are seeking a highly driven, team-oriented self-starter to join our growing Team Benefits team. This role is ideal for someone who is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and technically savvy, with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. The individual in this role will work closely with our Customer Success, Launch, and Account Management teams, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional experience for our members. Success in this position requires a proactive mindset, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a genuine commitment to serving clients with accuracy, care, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Manage and service an assigned book of group benefits business, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and other ancillary products.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing day-to-day support, issue resolution, and guidance on benefits-related questions.
Coordinate new group implementations, renewals, open enrollments, and plan changes, ensuring a smooth and accurate process.
Coordinate with the team to administer and manage our in house Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) offering, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely processing.
Learn, embrace and utilize technology solutions.
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a harmonious and cooperative spirit within the organization.
Perform special projects at management's request.
All other duties as assigned.

Experience and Skills:

3-5 years of experience in health insurance, with direct exposure to group medical and ancillary benefits preferred
Prior exposure to benefits administration and enrollment software, including Ease and Employee Navigator.
Hands-on experience managing or supporting Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA) or other employer-funded benefit accounts

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or combined equivalent of education and experience.
Health License preferred
