You have a proven track record of generating demand for solutions and driving product adoption through targeted messaging and content that resonate with decision-makers. You have the credibility and presence to become an evangelist for Quantifind’s AI-driven solutions, interacting with the heads of business, operations, and technology teams at some of the world’s largest financial institutions. You excel in cross-functional teams and can effectively collaborate with key stakeholders to drive measurable business outcomes. You are a technically savvy self-starter excited to join a growing organization. What a Great Candidate Looks Like:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS solutions marketing, product marketing, or related fields, focusing on the risk management function in financial services organizations
- Experience with AI-based compliance and automation solutions.
- Strong communication skills with experience speaking to partners, customers, and journalists about solution value propositions
- Proven ability to build and execute a GTM plan and launches as a collaborative effort with key stakeholders and internal partners
- Skilled at creating prescribed multi-touch campaigns that hit marketing qualitative results
- Skilled at creating product and sales collateral, case studies, and thought leadership content yourself without an agency or content writers
- Proven track record of collaborating with product management, customer success, and sales to develop and validate solution offerings
- Experience engaging with key analyst firms to position Quantifind solutions favorably and drive buyer engagement within the financial services industry.
- Data-driven mindset, focused on measuring and optimizing the performance of solution-to-market plans. You’re skilled at translating marketing results into well-communicated business outcomes.
- A plus: Understanding of risk management processes and the challenges financial institutions face in combating financial crime risks
The Opportunity We Offer
As the Director of Solutions Marketing for Financial Crimes Risk Management, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Quantifind’s offerings. You will be responsible for:
- Solution Messaging and Positioning: Craft solution messaging and positioning that clearly articulate the unique value of Quantifind’s solutions for financial crime risk management teams in financial services
- Solution-To-Market Plan and execution: Lead the development and execution of the solution-to-market plan (market requirements gathering, KPIs, messaging and positioning, etc.), ensuring close alignment with product and sales teams.
- Content Creation: Manage the creation of sales collateral, case studies, and thought leadership content that support sales efforts and customer engagement.
- Campaign building and execution: Lead the development of relevant multi-touch campaigns for target audiences, analyze, and report performance
- Discounts and Incentives: Develop promotional offers, discounts, or bundling strategies to incentivize early adopters or bulk purchases.
- Analyst Relations: Collaborating with analyst firms to position Quantifind’s risk intelligence solutions for the risk management teams in banking and investment
- Performance Tracking: You will be expected to set and achieve marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline objectives through campaigns

The base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000 - $220,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.
