We have an opportunity for an experienced Trader with a technical focus to join the team and improve us further. You will be responsible for building and optimising our trading strategies across APAC.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- You will build and optimise our options trading spots across APAC.
- Extensive collaboration with research/quants, developers, corporate strategy, and wider functions to deliver improvement across the trading problem.
- Strategically contribute to future direction of the team and challenge the status quo.
WHO YOU ARE:
- You have a proven track record of driving improvements on a systematic or semi-systematic trading spot - preferably at a top market-making firm
- Holistic understanding of the options trading problem
- Strong and responsible risk appetite
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for trading, and a strong desire to continuously improve
- Whilst we have a strong preference for the role to be based out of Sydney, for the right candidate we can be location agnostic
