At Nordeus, QA Engineers aren't the last stop before release - they're in the room from day one. They bring deep software expertise, pair it with business context, and untangle tricky problems across a genuinely complex system. Testing the final product isn't only on them - the whole team tests - but by the time it ships, QA has already shaped how it got there.
You won't just have a dedicated mentor - you'll be part of a real team, working together on a live game played by millions. From day one, you'll contribute hands-on to delivering a top-tier experience to players around the world!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Learn and apply QA principles across different challenges on a real product with a large user base
- Participate in developing testing tools
- Design, manage, and execute test cases and report on defects
- Implement test automation solutions to speed up manual testing
- Get hands-on exposure to functional, regression, and performance testing in a live game
- Collaborate with a team of diverse professionals to shape testing strategies across every stage of game development
- Monitor the health of live products by detecting and investigating potential issues
- Help create a better user experience by tackling user-related problems, cheats, exploits, and bugs
- Gain hands-on experience with how AI is used in practice to shape the future of software and game QA
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH:
- You'll work cross-functionally with QA Engineers, Backend Engineers, Client Engineers, Product Managers, and Game Designers to help test, validate, and improve game features used by millions of players.
WE ARE A MATCH IF YOU:
- Are in the final years of your studies (3rd or 4th) in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Have knowledge of object-oriented programming, algorithms, and data structures
- Are enthusiastic about games and game-making, not just software development
- Have a genuine passion for becoming an extraordinary engineer and for continuous learning and expanding your knowledge across different fields
- Can communicate well with both technical and non-technical peers
