Description
Our client is an international online gaming company offering sports betting and casino services, with a significant presence in Latin America. Strategic focus is to deliver a high-quality, personalized gaming experience, leveraging advanced technology and localized services to cater to the preferences of the different Latin American players. Develop and launch own Casino Games, as well as operate own CRM, CS and Back-office platforms.

Perform regular testing of web, native apps and PWA products across different internet connections and devices;
-
Test payment flows, including deposits, withdrawals, and related user journeys;
- Conduct competitor research and highlight key product features, flows, and user experience improvements;
-
Test CRM, bonus and gamification flows;
- Identify, document, and report bugs in a clear and structured manner;
-
Test landing pages and ensure correct functionality, localization, and user experience;
- Prepare regular QA reports with findings, issue descriptions, priorities, and testing results;
-
Test marketing flows, including registration, onboarding, and promotional mechanics;
- Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Payments, and Product teams to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution;
-
Quickly react to new tasks, incidents, and product changes requiring validation;
-
Handle ad-hoc testing and operational requests when required;
- Provide occasional ad-hoc tasks outside working hours (additional compensation provided).
Experience you’ll need to bring:
-
1+ year of experience as a QA Engineer on a web-based product;
-
Solid understanding of the iGaming industry and key user flows;
-
Experience testing web applications across multiple browsers and devices;
-
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Slack;
-
Strong bug reporting and documentation skills;
-
Ability to test using different internet providers (e.g. Telefonica and others);
-
Ability and willingness to register and test competitor websites when required.
