Un día en la vida:
Como MAT, serás responsable de llevar la energía de Monster Energy a las calles, activando experiencias directas con consumidores y asegurando la correcta ejecución de la marca en terreno. Este rol combina sampling, acciones de guerrilla, trabajo en equipo constante para coordinar rutas, activaciones y objetivos diarios, apoyo en merchandising y conexión auténtica con personas en distintos puntos del país.
Serás una extensión móvil de la marca: dinámico, estratégico y siempre listo para detectar oportunidades donde Monster Energy pueda generar impacto.
El impacto que lograrás:
- Generar prueba de producto a través de activaciones en terreno, street sampling y marketing de guerrilla.
- Acercarte a consumidores potenciales (especialmente aquellos que “necesitan energía”) e inducir la prueba del producto.
- Apoyar la ejecución de material POP, garantizando que precios, señalética y displays estén correctamente ubicados.
- Realizar chequeos de tiendas para asegurar stock en góndola, refrigeración adecuada y correcta exhibición.
- Distribuir materiales promocionales cuando sea necesario para reforzar la recordación y fidelidad de la marca.
- Mantener y cuidar responsablemente los materiales, uniformes y activos del programa.
- Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo MAT y con el supervisor para coordinar activaciones, compartir aprendizajes y asegurar resultados en conjunto.
- Representar la imagen de Monster Energy con profesionalismo, buena comunicación, actitud proactiva y excelente presentación personal.
- Cumplir horarios, asistir puntualmente y apoyar las tareas definidas por el supervisor directo.
Quién eres:
- Edad entre 21 y 25 años (idealmente estudiantes universitarios).
- Licencia de conducir vigente — requisito excluyente.
- Actitud proactiva, energía al máximo y excelente comunicación con consumidores y compañeros.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y coordinarse con otros MAT en terreno.
- Disponibilidad part time y flexibilidad horaria para activaciones que pueden incluir viajes.
- Comodidad trabajando en terreno, interactuando con personas y resolviendo situaciones espontáneas.
