Un día en la vida:
Como CEM Member, serás la cara visible de Monster Energy en terreno. Llevarás la experiencia de la marca directamente a consumidores en tiendas, universidades, eventos y también a través de activaciones en calle. Ejecutarás acciones de marketing de guerrilla y Street sampling que potencien la presencia de Monster Energy en todos los puntos de contacto. Este rol requiere energía, proactividad y también un fuerte trabajo en equipo para coordinar activaciones, compartir aprendizajes y asegurar que cada jornada se ejecute con excelencia.
Buscamos personas con energía, actitud y ganas de representar una marca global en movimiento constante.
El impacto que lograrás:
- Promocionar y dar a probar productos Monster Energy en universidades, tiendas, eventos y street sampling.
- Ejecutar acciones de marketing de guerrilla que amplifiquen la visibilidad de la marca.
- Verificar la correcta exhibición de productos y material POP (precios, señalética, displays, refrigeradores, etc.).
- Detectar oportunidades en terreno para fortalecer la presencia de Monster Energy.
- Mantener en buen estado vitrinas, refrigeradores y todo el material de marca.
- Representar la imagen de Monster con profesionalismo, buena comunicación y excelente actitud.
Quién eres:
- Edad entre 21 y 25 años (idealmente estudiantes universitarios).
- Licencia de conducir vigente — requisito excluyente.
- Actitud proactiva, excelente comunicación y energía al 100%.
- Disponibilidad part time y flexibilidad horaria para activaciones y potenciales viajes.
- Ganas de conectar con personas en distintos entornos y dinamismo para trabajar en terreno.
