Driven to Deliver (What You'll Do)
- Lead the successful implementation, execution, optimization, and delivery of programmatic ABM and digital advertising campaigns for a portfolio of enterprise clients.
- Lead end-to-end campaign setup, trafficking, audience activation, pacing, optimization, troubleshooting, and delivery across DSPs and digital advertising platforms.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for programmatic advertising operations, campaign execution, audience activation, and platform integrations.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization opportunities to maximize delivery and client outcomes.
- Develop and implement scalable operational processes and best practices that improve campaign quality, efficiency, and execution.
- Partner closely with Client Success, Sales, Product, Analytics, and Engineering to ensure seamless campaign delivery and operational excellence.
- Participate in client meetings as needed to provide technical implementation guidance, campaign insights, and operational recommendations.
- Contribute to onboarding, documentation, and continuous improvement of programmatic operations best practices.
- Partner with Finance and Operations on campaign reconciliation, reporting, and month-end processes.
Equipped to Excel (Qualifications)
- 4 + years of experience in digital advertising, campaign operations, programmatic media, ABM, or marketing technology.
- 3 years of hands-on experience executing and optimizing programmatic advertising campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of DSPs, audience targeting, campaign trafficking, pacing, optimization, and digital media operations.
- Experience working with leading programmatic platforms such as The Trade Desk, DV360, LinkedIn Ads, Demandbase, 6sense, or similar technologies.
- Experience executing multi-channel campaigns across Display, Video, CTV, LinkedIn, Content Syndication, Podcast, and other digital media channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor campaign performance, identify issues, and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, and PowerPoint/Google Slides.

- Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and campaign performance to both internal teams and clients.
- Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and passion for operational excellence.
- The Trade Desk and Google Ads certifications are a plus.
Salary Range
- $95,000 - $100,000 USD
