Description
Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Adult Social Worker to join its client’s Mental Health team, based in Calderdale.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Carry out timely mental health assessments, including risk assessments, safeguarding enquiries, and strengths‑based care planning in line with the Mental Health Act and Care Act.
- Manage a complex caseload, providing ongoing support, crisis intervention, and coordinated multi‑agency work to promote recovery, safety, and wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with clinical teams, housing, voluntary services, and families to ensure individuals receive holistic, person‑centred support and smooth transitions between services.

Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have;
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
