Liquid Personnel is recruiting Adult Social Worker for its client's Locality Team at Calderdale
What will your responsibilities be?
- Managing a caseload of adults requiring care and support, completing strengths‑based assessments, Mental Capacity Act assessments and developing person‑centred care plans.
- Working collaboratively with health professionals, community services and safeguarding partners to coordinate interventions, reduce risk and promote independence.
- Maintaining accurate case records, preparing professional reports and making evidence‑based recommendations for panels, best‑interest meetings and court where required.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
