About the Role
iCapital is seeking a Product Operations Associate to join the growing Annuities Platform team. This role sits at the intersection of client operations, technology integration, and strategic execution, offering a meaningful opportunity to drive platform excellence while directly supporting senior leadership on high-impact initiatives. This individual will serve as a key operational partner across internal teams, owning client onboarding workflows and contributing to configuration efforts within Hexure, now part of iCapital, and related platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end onboarding for Wealth Managers and financial professionals, coordinating across internal stakeholders to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience from intake through activation.
- Configure and maintain annuity products on the platform, ensuring product data integrity and timely updates in alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate on Hexure integration and configuration under senior direction, supporting implementation, testing, and optimization of annuity product setups to ensure accuracy and a seamless client experience.
- Support senior management in advancing high-level operational and strategic objectives, including preparing materials, synthesizing platform data, and acting as a reliable execution partner on cross-functional initiatives.
- Serve as a collaborative liaison to the Sales team, proactively communicating platform capabilities and operational timelines to support client acquisition and retention goals.
- Partner with Engineering teams to identify, escalate, and resolve platform issues, contributing to a feedback loop that improves long-term platform reliability.
- Manage client expectations through proactive communication, structured issue tracking, and timely resolution of operational inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is required; concentration in finance, business, or a related field is preferred
- 2–5 years of operational or client-facing experience in the financial services industry, with demonstrated exposure to annuities or insurance products is strongly preferred
- Experience with Hexure or comparable insurance and annuity configuration platforms is a strong plus
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and support senior stakeholders, comfortable translating strategic priorities into operational action
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, able to interface confidently with clients, partners, and internal leadership
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple workstreams and prioritizing effectively in a fast-moving environment
- Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a genuine desire to contribute to a high-growth fintech organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required; familiar with CRM or operational tools is a plus
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $85,000 to $100,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).
We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.
