At HSO GS, we are looking for a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Developer to join our growing team.

In this role, you will play a key part in the design, development, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions across a variety of client environments. You will work closely with functional consultants and clients to translate business requirements into robust, high‑quality technical solutions, developing and enhancing X++ code, extensions, and integrations while ensuring best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations based on business and project requirements
Implement extensions, integrations, and customizations using X++ and modern development practices
Collaborate with functional consultants and clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Develop and maintain integrations using APIs, data entities, and web services
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables
Support customers in a managed services environment, including:
- Investigating and resolving incidents and service requests
- Performing root cause analysis and developing sustainable fixes
- Supporting ongoing improvements and small enhancements in live environments
Work across both project delivery and support scenarios, adapting to different priorities and timelines
Contribute to technical documentation and solution design
Work within an Agile/DevOps environment, supporting continuous delivery and improvement
Stay up to date with the latest D365FO features, platform updates, and development best practices

Key Requirements

2–4 years of experience in Dynamics 365 F&O development
Solid experience with X++ and the extension-based development model
Good understanding of D365FO architecture, data entities, and integration patterns
Experience with integrations (OData, REST APIs, or Azure services is a plus)
Familiarity with Azure DevOps (version control, builds, pipelines)
Basic knowledge of SQL Server and data structures
Experience or willingness to work in a support/managed services model
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Good communication skills and ability to work in an international environment

Nice to have

Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
Exposure to Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions)
Understanding of finance or supply chain processes
