As a Service Delivery Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional managed services for select customers, focusing on service quality, customer satisfaction, and performance management.

Responsibilities:

Lead and coach a high-performing DevOps customer support team to deliver exceptional managed services.
Build strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.
Understand customer needs and oversee service delivery aligned with business objectives.
Manage escalations effectively, ensuring quick resolution.
Own SLAs and budgets, driving efficiency and cost optimization.
Analyze feedback and continuously improve services through creative solutions.
Collaborate across teams to define service standards and resolve complex issues.

You have...

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, IT, or related field.

Minimum 6 years of experience within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions, including Azure and Dynamics 365.

Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, ISV solutions, release waves, and One Version updates.

Familiarity with Lean, Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and project management principles.
Senior-level experience managing customer satisfaction, service quality, and escalations, plus ability to identify and support sales opportunities.
