At Action, weâre looking for a dependable and driven Warehouse Associate to support our daily operations in Meridian, ID. From receiving and organizing shipments to preparing outgoing orders, youâll play a vital role in making sure our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently.

đ§ What Youâll Do:

Receive, inspect, and unload shipments, verifying accuracy and product condition

Sort and store products in their proper warehouse locations
-
Pick and pack orders for delivery and shipment

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
-
Keep accurate inventory records and participate in regular cycle counts
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
-
Support your teammates and contribute to an efficient workflow
-
Follow all safety protocols and use PPE as required

Perform other tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or General Manager
â What You Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent; forklift certification is a plus
-
Previous warehouse, material handling, or logistics experience
-
Confidence operating warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks
-
Physical strength and stamina for lifting and moving heavy items
-
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Team player mentality and effective communication skills

Basic computer skills for inventory systems and order processing

A strong focus on safety, responsibility, and efficiency
