Our client, Jugabet, is a brand and gaming platform accessible to players in Latin America. With a strong regional focus and localized strategies, Jugabet is quickly becoming a key player in the market.
Perfect for those who aim to:

Plan, launch, and scale ad campaigns on Facebook and TikTok (Google UAC is a plus) targeting relevant iGaming audiences in Mexico;
-
Build and continuously refine the audience layer: Look-A-Like and Custom audiences based on depositors, high-value players, and in-app events;
-
Design and run retargeting funnels across the full path (install, registration, first deposit, etc.);
-
Launch and optimize ROAS / value-based campaigns (value optimization, tROAS);
-
Manage ad accounts for the long run: respect the learning phase, control creative fatigue cycles, scale incrementally, and keep performance stable over months instead of restarting from scratch;
-
Own the app acquisition funnel: deep links, in-app event mapping, and passing deposit events back to Meta and TikTok via CAPI / server-side tracking;
-
Optimize toward cohort economics, not just front-end CPA: work with D7/D30 ROAS, retention, and player LTV together with the CRM and retention teams;
-
Analyze campaign data, build performance reports, and identify improvement areas across every platform (experience with Tableau or Power BI is a plus);
-
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop localized ad assets for Regulated Market — language, cultural context, and seasonality;
-
Conduct structured A/B testing (creatives, audiences, bidding strategies) to improve performance and engagement;
-
Stay on top of Meta and TikTok gambling ad policies and platform updates that affect the vertical;
-
Monitor competitors and market trends across paid social to spot new opportunities.
Experience you’ll need to bring:
-
2+ years of hands-on media buying on Facebook and TikTok (Google UAC is a plus), with a proven track record in regulated LATAM iGaming markets;
-
Experience promoting products on white / regulated iGaming markets — or a strong background in white niches (mobile apps, gaming) with a clear understanding of platforms compliance;
-
Confident work with Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager: campaign structure, Advantage+/ASC, bidding strategies, CBO/ABO budget distribution;
-
Hands-on experience building and testing Look-A-Like and Custom audiences, with a clear sense of which source audiences actually scale;
-
Experience with retargeting in Facebook: funnel logic, audiences, exclusions, and creative sequencing;
-
Experience launching and scaling ROAS-based campaigns and understanding how conversion data quality drives algorithm performance;
-
Understanding of how FB/TikTok algorithms behave over time: learning phase, signal quality, creative fatigue, incremental scaling instead of aggressive edits;
-
Solid setup of tracking and attribution: Pixel, CAPI / server-side events, deep links, AppsFlyer / Adjust, S2S postbacks, Voluum or similar trackers;
-
Comfortable with app-based acquisition: WebView / iOS / Android apps, MMP configuration, in-app event tracking;
-
Understanding of core metrics: CPM, CPC, CTR, CPI, CPR, CPD, CPA, ROAS / ROMI, plus retention and LTV of acquired players;
-
Experience working with budgets from $50,000+ per month, with a demonstrated ability to scale while keeping CPA profitable;
-
Working knowledge of Meta and TikTok gambling policies: licensed advertiser setup, whitelisting, and healthy ad account structure;
-
Upper-Intermediate level of English.
