✔ 職務概覽：
- 派遣與正職員工資料維護
- 考勤系統導入計畫執行
- 考勤資料維護與數據分析
- 員工離職訪談與離職數據分析
- 其他主管交辦事項
- 早班09:00~18:00, 中班14:00~23:00，每周六或周日需配合排班值勤一天。
✔Position: Associate, Recruiting Coordination
✔ 職務概覽：
1.負責長期派遣、臨時派遣報到作業，確保人員順利完成報到流程。
2.處理長期派遣與臨時派遣的錄取事宜，包括文件審核與系統登錄。
3.協助 CPL1 正職招募流程，安排面談並完成相關招募及報到作業。
4.負責派遣人員的轉正手續，確保符合公司內部轉正標準與流程。
5.早班09:00~18:00, 中班14:00~23:00，每周六或周日需配合排班值勤一天。
✔Position: Associate, General Administration
✔ 職務概覽：
1.管理團膳供應商，協助安排團膳服務。
2. 負責辦公室相關行政庶務，如設備、文具採購、停車位安排等。
3.協助運營團隊採購場內設施，與廠商進行議價、報價。
4. 協助員工問題排除。
5. 負責行政資料統計與分析。
6. 其他主管交辦事項。
7.早班09:00~18:00, 中班14:00~23:00
✔我們希望你具備
- 大學以上學歷(人力資源管理、企業管理或相關科系尤佳)
- 細心負責、具備良好的溝通協調能力
- 主動積極，具備優秀的問題解決能力、批判式思考及自發主動能力
- 具備時間管理能力，能適應彈性排班
- 熟悉Microsoft Office 工具(Excel、PowerPoint等)，能有效處理數據及製作報表
- 此職務需要大量使用Excel，需具備應用經驗(如樞紐、Vlookup等)
✔工作地點 台灣地區（桃園大園、桃園觀音、新北瑞芳、彰化）
