About the Job:
Are you an experienced PLM Engineer with a passion for Teamcenter implementations? We are looking for a Senior PLM Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design, configure, and implement PLM solutions that align with customer requirements and industry best practices. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful deployments that transform product lifecycle processes.
You will support the design and development of solutions tailored to meet our customers' needs, ensuring a seamless fit between business processes and IT. Let's Build Tomorrow Together!
What makes this role unique:
Join us at CLEVR in the Netherlands as our Senior PLM Engineer. You will be part of an agile team recognized for its innovation and expertise—we have been awarded “Smart Expert Partners” by Siemens. You will play an important role in establishing and growing our PLM presence in the Netherlands while collaborating closely with our experienced Nordic team. You will have the opportunity to collaborate, create solutions, and innovate across various projects. Additionally, we believe in continuous learning: through workshops, training, and internal communities, you'll have the opportunity to expand your skills and grow professionally.
Your role will include:
- Understanding customer challenges, needs, and requirements and translating them into solutions that drive tangible results.
- Responsible for the technical implementation and configuration of Siemens Teamcenter solutions for clients and to meet unique customer specifications.
- Document configurations, customizations, and processes for knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in PLM to provide innovative solutions.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, integrated solutions for our clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
What you bring to the table:
- Solid experience with Teamcenter or other PLM systems and proven experience working on client projects with tailored PLM systems.
- Proven ability to design, configure, and deploy engineering solutions across multi-client environments.
- Experience working directly with customers - with a good understanding of system setup, data migration, and integrations.
- Experience with PLM system architecture, data models, workflows, and integrations, with hands-on experience in Teamcenter (or other PLM platforms).
- Background in the engineering industry is an advantage.
- Fluent in Dutch & English (Both written & verbal)
