We are looking for someone passionate about staying ahead of the curve, experimenting with new technologies, and helping to build the next generation of AI-powered services and solutions to bring our customers into the right digital flow.
As a Medior Mendix Consultant, you’ll help lead our clients into the AI-enabled era of low-code. You’ll work closely with multiple clients to understand their business challenges, identify opportunities for digitalization, and help design and build tailored solutions that combine the power of the Mendix platform with AI-driven capabilities.
You’ll collaborate with clients and colleagues across different projects to translate business needs into effective, scalable digital solutions. As a consultant, you’ll contribute to discussions around where digitalization can create the most value and help determine the right Mendix solutions to achieve our clients’ goals.
Beyond your project responsibilities, you’ll contribute to strengthening our team. You’ll share your knowledge and experience with colleagues and may support and guide junior consultants within project teams. You’ll also contribute to pre-sales activities and project estimations, while continuing to explore how AI and Mendix can be combined to create smarter, more impactful solutions for our customers.

You’ll take ownership of your work and play an active role in delivering successful solutions for our clients, working alongside some of the best in the business. Your role will include:
- Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and translating these into functional requirements, user stories, and effective Mendix solutions.
- Designing and developing applications, workflows, and user interfaces using the Mendix platform, while applying best practices to create scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Exploring and applying AI capabilities within Mendix, such as Maia, GenAI connectors, and intelligent automation, and identifying opportunities where AI can add value to client solutions.
- Working closely with clients and colleagues to identify opportunities for digitalisation and advising on the right Mendix and AI-enabled solutions to address business challenges.
- Keeping up to date with emerging trends and technologies in Mendix, low-code, and AI, and actively experimenting with new capabilities and ways of working.
- Supporting junior consultants within project teams and sharing your experience with colleagues.
- Contributing to the continuous development of our Mendix and AI expertise through presentations, internal sessions, and documentation.
- Contributing to pre-sales activities and project estimations, helping shape solutions that meet client needs and deliver business value.
What you bring to the table
- A minimum of 3 years of professional Mendix experience in application design, solution architecture, or lead development, supported by an Advanced certification or equivalent hands-on expertise.
- Solid experience translating business needs into scalable Mendix solutions, with expertise in Studio Pro, domain modelling, microflows/nanoflows, security, deployment, modular architecture, and solution design.
- Familiarity with modern integration patterns and platforms, including REST APIs, OData, event-driven architectures, microservices, and cloud environments such as Mendix Cloud, Azure, or AWS.
- Strong consulting and client-facing skills, with experience participating in workshops, presenting solutions, communicating with stakeholders, and bridging business, technology, and AI opportunities.
- Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a willingness to take ownership, share knowledge, and support colleagues within the team.
- An interest in exploring how AI can be applied within Mendix, with a willingness to gain hands-on experience with tools such as Maia, GenAI connectors, ML Kit, AI Bot Starter, or custom AI integrations. A basic understanding of AI concepts such as LLM capabilities, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agent patterns is a plus.
- Fluent in English; German is a strong plus.
