ClearView Healthcare Partners is a premier life sciences strategy consulting firm headquartered in Boston, with offices in San Francisco, New York City, London, Zurich and Gurgaon. Serving clients in the biopharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostic spaces, we provide world-class strategic decision-making support across a diverse range of business issues. Our goal is to inform actionable recommendations that allow companies to achieve their business objectives.
- Conduct complex problem-solving through a hypothesis-based approach
- Create templated outputs to support overall project deliverable
- Able to conduct a straightforward project or workstream with moderate oversight
- Create and utilize analytic tools (e.g., forecast models) to support key decision-making
- Communicate recommendations to clients to inform strategy and maximize value
- Able to independently manage activities across multiple workstreams (e.g., storylines, ghosting documents, data gathering, etc.), and able to provide thought partnership for more ambiguous or complex projects
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Well-positioned to serve as a mentor for junior team members
- Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Requires and seeks support for more complex projects or difficult client situations
- Highly analytical and structured approach to solving complex problems
- Undergraduate or Master’s degree in the life sciences or equivalent
- Minimum three years of experience in life sciences consulting
