Amoria Bond is een snelgroeiend internationaal Recruitment Consultancy bedrijf met kantoren in heel Europa en Azië. Wij zijn actief in de sectoren Engineering, Life Sciences en IT en willen ons Nederlands-sprekende team uitbreiden met een kantoor in het hart van Amsterdam.
Je ontvangt een uitgebreide onboarding met ondersteuning van ons Learning & Development Team, waardoor je geen eerdere ervaring in Recruitment nodig hebt.

Wat ga je doen?
- Je krijgt de kans om je eigen nichemarkt op te bouwen en een recruitment expert in de sector te worden.
- Je werkt zelfstandig en bent het belangrijkste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en kandidaten.
- Je ondersteunt klanten door kandidaten te werven en hun vacatures zo snel mogelijk in te vullen. Je onderhandelt deals voor klanten en kandidaten.
- Je bouwt relaties op met managers en kwalificeert geschikte kandidaten voor hun vacatures.
Wat breng je mee?
- Je hebt enige ervaring opgedaan in Business Development of Sales.
- Je maakt gemakkelijk contact en bent een open communicator.
- Je bent gedreven om relaties op te bouwen en te onderhouden.
- Je bent een gemotiveerde, ambitieuze en resultaatgerichte teamspeler.
- Je hebt uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels (Zweeds, Frans en/of Duits is een pluspunt).
