Jouw rol als Account Manager
Als Account Manager bij Awin BNL ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor toonaangevende merken in de Benelux. Jij beheert en optimaliseert hun affiliate-programma’s en zorgt dat ze maximaal resultaat behalen. Je werkt nauw samen met klanten, collega’s en affiliates om strategieën te ontwikkelen en uit te voeren die écht impact maken.
Geen dag is hetzelfde: van strategische meetings en data-analyses tot creatieve oplossingen en relatiemanagement. Jij schakelt moeiteloos en communiceert effectief – in het Nederlands én Engels.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Beheer & optimalisatie: Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor je klantenportfolio en zorgt dat hun programma’s groeien.
- Advies & strategie: Analyseer performance, deel inzichten en adviseer over kansen.
- Relatiebeheer: Bouw sterke partnerships met klanten én top affiliates.
- Rapportage: Vertaal data naar heldere presentaties en actionable insights.
- Probleemoplossing: Denk proactief mee en los uitdagingen op.
- Netwerken: Vertegenwoordig Awin op events en bezoek klanten regelmatig.
Wie ben jij?
- Ervaring met accountmanagement in affiliate of digital marketing is een pré.
- Je begrijpt affiliate modellen (CPA, CPL) en bent analytisch sterk.
- Communicatief vaardig in Nederlands én Engels.
- Zelfstandig, maar ook een echte teamspeler.
- Ervaring met tools zoals Excel, Power BI of Tableau (of bereid dit te leren).
- Enthousiast, commercieel en gedreven om klanten te laten groeien.

- Vierdaagse werkweek (Flexi-Week): 40 uur betaald, maar één extra vrije dag per week.
- Working Wherever: Tot 3 maanden per jaar werken vanuit het buitenland in één van onze 13 landen.
