Lokalizacja: model hybrydowy - 2 dni w tygodniu w biurze w Warszawie (plac Konesera)
Przełożony: Creative Director
Współpraca: Zespół Kreatywny, Strategia, Client Service, Produkcja
◼️ Codzienne zadania
- Tworzenie i prowadzenie wizualne flagowych kampanii dla kluczowych marek z portfolio agencji
- Strategiczne podejście do kreacji - budowanie idei i pilnowanie jej spójności niezależnie od formatu
- Pełna odpowiedzialność za jakość wizualną projektów: od idei do egzekucji
- Partnerstwo dla strategii i client service'u w szukaniu rozwiązań, które realnie odpowiadają na brief
- Mentoring i inspirowanie młodszych designerów oraz artów
- Udział w przetargach, prezentacjach i reviews
◼️ Kogo szukamy
- Min. 5 lat doświadczenia w czołowych agencjach kreatywnych / digital
- W portfolio mocne kampanie - najlepiej takie, które żyły poza prezentacją
- Myślisz ideą, ale dowozisz craft na najwyższym poziomie
- Umiesz zarządzać estetyką dużego brandu i nadawać jej świeży kierunek
- Potrafisz prowadzić i prezentować projekty zarówno przed dyrektorem kreatywnym, jak i klientem po stronie biznesu
- Jesteś na bieżąco z technologią (AI, tech-driven creative)
- Czujesz odpowiedzialność za projekt, nie tylko za swój kawałek pracy
- Umiesz pracować z ludźmi i wiesz, że najlepsze rzeczy powstają zespołowo
- Angielski na poziomie pozwalającym swobodnie prezentować i pracować z klientem międzynarodowym
