About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Project Manager Assistant to support our Product Management team. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers to coordinate day-to-day project activities, maintain project documentation, track schedules, and ensure projects stay on track.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, enjoys coordinating across teams, pays close attention to detail, and is comfortable following up with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Project Managers to coordinate daily project activities and operations.
- Attend project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, document action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Track project schedules, milestones, issues, and deliverables to help keep projects on schedule.
- Gather project updates from PMs and cross-functional teams, and prepare weekly project status reports and timeline summaries.
- Maintain project documentation, tracking tables, and internal databases.
- Maintain product BOMs and SKU information in the PLM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate package shipments, deliveries, and tracking for development projects.
- Support PMs with day-to-day operational requests and ad hoc project coordination tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the confidence to follow up with stakeholders and drive action items to completion.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Conversational English for working with global teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with PLM, ERP, or project management tools is a plus, but not required.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with strong coordination, administrative, or operations experience are encouraged to apply.
