Junior Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist (New Grad Welcome)

Acerca del rol:
Responsable de garantizar que las facturas se envíen de manera precisa y puntual a los clientes, además de asegurar que las cuentas de los clientes se mantengan actualizadas y que todas las facturas emitidas por Transplace se paguen dentro de los plazos establecidos.
¿Qué hará el Candidato?:
- Proporcionar un resumen semanal de todas las cuentas al supervisor de AR.
- Notificar al supervisor de AR sobre cualquier cliente que no esté respondiendo.
- Colaborar con los clientes internos en los problemas que afectan a su(s) cuenta(s).
- Asistir en el proceso de incorporación de nuevos clientes.
- Demostrar responsabilidad sobre los segmentos de negocio asignados.
- Investigar y completar proyectos especiales según lo solicitado.
- Mantener actualizadas las políticas y procedimientos.
- Conocer y comprender los requisitos específicos de la cuenta: cargos requeridos, contratos de clientes, contactos de clientes, períodos de facturación.
- Estar disponible para resolver cualquier duda del cliente relacionada con la facturación.
- Apoyar al equipo de facturación y al personal de cobranza.
- Relación con el Cliente: Comunicaciones consistentes y profesionales.
Cualificaciones básicas:
- Conocimiento de las herramientas de Microsoft: capacidad para utilizar Excel y otros programas de MS, incluidos Word, Outlook, Skype, Teams, etc.
- Conocimientos generales de informática.
- Licenciatura terminada.
Cualificaciones preferidas:
- Analítico: realiza búsquedas exhaustivas de información relevante al abordar problemas. Considera cuidadosamente el impacto de una amplia gama de factores relacionados. Investiga y recopila información clave para llegar a una solución.
- Comunicación: se comunica de manera efectiva con clientes, colegas, subordinados y supervisores de manera profesional y constructiva.
- Coordinación y colaboración: capacidad para trabajar en conjunto con clientes internos y externos para vincular responsabilidades y acciones.
- Priorización: gestiona y prioriza eficazmente múltiples tareas, incluso bajo limitaciones de tiempo, presión de otros y situaciones de estrés. Utiliza el tiempo de manera eficiente. Anticipa situaciones de riesgo.
- Organización: mantiene estructura y orden de diferentes fuentes de datos de manera cuidadosa, documenta registros importantes y promueve espacios que facilitan la ejecución diaria de tareas.
